This addition and remodeling project included joining both the Elementary and High School buildings, plus the addition of a new middle school gymnasium. The new construction was brick and metal siding, backed with metal studs and wood framed roof construction.
The size of the project meant that much of the remodeling construction in the High School would occur during the school year; this required close coordination and scheduling on a daily basis between the construction team and the school. In the end the entire project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget .
In addition to the construction, we also administered the demolition of the old two-story High School.
The Twin Bridges community had a 78% voter turn-out for the bond issue and passed the bond by 74%.
